| We are licensed by the Royal Malaysian Customs since 1982 to act as brokers for Customs to clear shipments throughout Peninsular Malaysia. We specialize in handling of shipments that require special import permit and duty exemptions for management of projects on freight and forwarding in the country. We are linked directly with Customs Network System, which is part of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for immediate customs clearance and duty settlements through our bank. |

KARUDA specializes in bonded trucking services and are licensed to carry customs duty not paid goods of all types to any Customs checkpoints throughout Peninsular Malaysia. We handle movements between Ports and to Free Trade Zones areas, Bonded Warehouses, Licensed Manufacturing Warehouses, Licensed Manufacturing Warehouses & Factories and to Singapore. We also provide armed escort services for movement of valuable cargoes.

| PROJECT FREIGHTING |

We have all the necessary experiences in project freighting by air / sea and final delivery to the customers designated premises or site. This is particularly so in the handling of communications equipment. The following are the jobs that we have performed:-
- Public Prepaid Card Payphones for Sapura Holdings Sdn Bhd (1987-1990)
Air feighting of complete knocked down payphones from Plessey UK for assembly at Sapura factory in Ulu Kelang. The assembled units were then distributed for installations all over the country including East Malaysia.
- Switching System for Sapura Nokia Telecommunication Sdn Bhd (1992 1998)
Planning and freighting by Air & Sea of complete knocked down telecommunication switching system from Finland, England and Sweden for assembly at their Wangsa Maju factory and making final deliveries to Telekom Malaysia sites in Johor and Sabah states until completion of the project.
- Cellular Telecommunication Equipment (017) for Sapura Holding Sdn Bhd (1995-1997)
Logistics planning and making actual freighting and deliveries of the cellular system mainly from Finland and various vendors around the world by air and sea. Provide warehousing, labour and delivery planning to the sites utilising various means of transport and material handling aids.
- Satellite Antennas & Acessories for Scopetel Malaysia Sdn Bhd (2003-2005)
Making plan collection and shipment by air from vendors in USA, provide warehousing and inventory control and distribution to their customers such as Ministry of Defence Malaysia, re-export to Petronas Carigali sites in Sudan and Niger and Ministry of Education for rural schools under government IT projects.
- Special Solid Rock for Kcamroc Sdn Bhd (2003)
Arranged a shipment by sea of special 8 tonne solid rock from Zimbabwe to Port Klang and making local transport delivery to Langkawi for sculpture work on the stone
commissioned by LADA Langkawi in honour of Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammed.

circumstances and to give assurance to our customers on safety.
- Maintenance of tools and equipment for handling of cargo are regularly checked
and changed to avoid mishaps / delays.
- Maintaining good practice on reporting of shipping documents and billing as required by
all our customers.
- Upholding the highest standard of service at all times in assuring all of our customers
interests are met and fulfilled.
